United Management Holdings LLC coordinates with approved vendors and contractors for property maintenance, repairs, and services. Use the information below to coordinate with management.

How to Contact Management

All vendor and contractor coordination is handled through management. Email is the primary contact method; all coordination is confirmed in writing.

Required Documentation

To work at a United Management Holdings LLC managed property, vendors must have documentation on file with management:

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI): naming United Management Holdings LLC as additionally insured, with coverage limits as required by management.
  • Contractor's License: valid California contractor's license for the applicable trade (where required).
  • Scope of Work: written scope confirmed by management before commencement of any work.
  • Property Access Coordination: all site access must be scheduled and confirmed with management in advance.
